Advisory Services
Our advisory services are tailored to meet the specific sustainability needs of each business. We do not charge for advisory services until a formal agreement for the commencement of a project is established. Once an agreement is in place, the advisory fee becomes non-refundable.

Project Paused Midway
In the event that a project is paused midway due to unforeseen factors, GreenMentor will not be liable to refund the paid amount. Payments made are considered compensation for work done up to that point and are agreed upon mutually by both parties.

Software as a Service (SaaS)
Refund Eligibility
15-Day Refund Window: Our SaaS  comes with a 15-day refund window. If you are dissatisfied with our SaaS offering for any reason, you may request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Courses and Training

Refund Policy
We can offer a refund for the course. The reasoning for the same will be judged on a case-to-case basis, and a refund will be released within 7 days post-approval.
